Priority panel #

Assignment of the priority panel

To fll the battery Gas Accumulator Block section by section between the compressor and the GAB, it is necessary to use the priority panel (hereinafter PP). The use of PP ensures the optimization of refueling of motor vehicles under the conditions of a large flow at the CNG gas station. PPs are produced in two- or three-line versions.

Below is a diagram of a three-line PP. Gas flows from the compressor through the check valve(CV) to the high-pressure section 1. When a pressure value of 210-220 bar is reached in section 1, the priority valve PV1 opens and the gas enters the medium-pressure section 2. Then, when the pressure in section 2 reaches a value of 210-220 bar , PV2 opens and the gas flows into the low-pressure section 3. After the pressure in section 3 reaches 210-220 bar, the pressure rises in all three sections simultaneously and, upon reaching 250 bar, in the absence of gas distribution to customers, the compressor stops. PPs with a smaller or larger number of lines work similarly.
