NPA's Digital Retail Outlet Fuel Monitoring System in Ghana

As you may know, Ghanaian Government in couple with National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has announced launching of the Digital Retail Outlet Fuel Monitoring System and installation of automation system equipment on each petrol station in Ghana in order to reach effective distribution of petroleum products across the country and gain economic growth.

We believe it is a reasonable decision and would like to help you pass this task without pain.

THE PROBLEM

Ghanaian market of forecourt shows a diversity in equipment: you can find pumps and ATG systems from many different manufactures from China, Turkey, the EU, U.S. and other countries, which are using various communication protocols and physical interfaces. Such fact creates a complexity for spreading the common automation system on each individual petrol station.

1. How you will act if your existing pumps are not supported by the NPA's automation system?
2. How to adopt your existing pumps and ATG systems to work well with the NPA's automation system, if they are not supported by it?
3. What is easier and cheaper to do: to replacement existing forecourt equipment to a new or find a suitable cost-effective solution for existing forecourt equipment?

Ghana problem with diversity of forecourt equipment

THE SOLUTION

We in Technotrade company are willing to help you to reach compatibility between the new NPA's automation system and your existing pumps and ATG systems/probes already installed on your petrol stations. Our hardware converters will stand between pumps, probes and the NPA's automation system and will help them to talk in a common language. So, no need to replace any forecourt equipment, let it work as it is! Currently our forecourt converters support all existing brands of pumps and ATG systems in Ghana. Also, we support old mechanical pumps. Mentioned solution was already tested with NPA's automation system in Ghana and showed smooth operation!
