Scheme of contracts

     Regional Dealer should conduct agreements with regional operators of mobile communication and buy codes from them when needed (as codes run off at Regional Dealer’s database). Regional Dealer can at its sole discretion organize a network of subdealers, giving them a part of his discount, received from the mobile communication operator for purchase of the codes. Regional Dealer can allow subdealers to sell the codes with extra charge – for higher price than the nominal is. This attracts the subdealers especially at usage of mobile terminals. At installation of the Regional Dealer’s part of the system, software is provided to the Regional Dealer free of charge.
