Description of operation

The process of enriching of cell phone account using payment terminal is very simple for a customer. Everything is written on terminal’s screen in intuitive user interface:

1. The customer comes to the terminal and using his fingers chooses on the screen of the terminal the service icon between other services icon, this service icon is the service that he wants to pay for. In this example we describe service for enriching of cell phone account, however there can be services for payment for Internet, municipal services, IP telephony, etc. So, the customer then chooses a mobile operator which account he wants to enrich.

2. When the mobile operator is chosen, the customer inputs customer's cell phone number and the terminal proposes the customer to input what is the amount of money the customer wants to enrich his account. After this the terminal asks to input the cash money into the terminal in a cash validator opening. The customer inserts banknote after banknote into the terminal until the required sum of cash for the service is not collected in the terminal. The terminal displays the input sum of money on the screen.

3. At input the terminal validates banknotes and in such a way only non-counterfeit banknotes are received by the terminal. At this the payment to enriching is made by the customer. 

4. The terminal performs preparation and transmission of the request on purchase of the code for enriching of the cell phone account of the customer.

5. Request on purchase of the code for enriching of cell phone account is done.

6. Processing and formation of an electronic transaction for writing-off of the code for the customer from a General Base of codes.

7. Processing of electronic transaction and reception of the code by the payment terminal.

8. Formation of a payment receipt by the terminal.

9. Print-out of the payment receipt by the terminal with a code for enriching of cell phone account written on it and instruction how to input this code into cell phone.
