System of remote monitoring and control over electronic cash registers (UMKA)

    System of remote monitoring and control over electronic cash registers (UMKA) allows to unite into a network all remote cash registers, to lead centralized management over all cash registers in this network and on timely basis receive sales reports from the cash registers to the company office (directly to a bookkeeping account software).

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

1. Reception of sales reports to company office from cash registers situated in shops (places of sales).
2. Programming of cash registers from the company office (sending new products lists, prices, quantity of products on the stock and others).
3. Can serve as a security system when the shop (place of sale) is not working (at night, week-ends, etc). Allows connection of various types of security sensors. In case of triggering of any sensor UMKA sends alarm SMS messages to cell phone numbers.

    Data transmission is performed over Internet through GPRS.

    FUNCTIONAL POSSIBILITIES

• Allows remote programming of cash registers from the company office (setting new prices of products, new products lists, product residuals on stock and others).
• Sending of reports on sales from the cash registers to the company office.
• Storing of reports in non-volatile memory.
• Connection to server using CSD/GPRS/FTP protocols.
• Possibility to widen a number of products for cash register (quantity of product articles stored in cash register).
• Locking-on cash register serial number.
• Possibility to block access of cashiers to functions of changing product articles in cash register (product prices, residuals on stock) from the company office.
• Possibility to set forbidenness on selling of products that have zero residuals on the stock from the company office.

    TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Connection to cash register through a cable.
• Is supplied with an uninterruptible power source with accumulator that provides operation for 24 hours at switched of electricity.
• Presence of a connector for bar-codes reader (also can process bar codes with length more than 13 symbols). At usage of bar codes reader sends command to cash register for printing of a receipt.
• Possibility to connect various security sensors that can be separated into 3 zones with programming on the zone name.
• Configuration is made directly in the office (and sent to the UMKA through Internet)

    SECURITY FUNTIONS

• Possibility to connect various security sensors that can be separated into 3 zones with programming on the zone names. At triggering of any of the zones UMKA sends alarm SMS messages to cell phone numbers stored in the memory (these numbers are to be programmed before) with specification of the name of the zone, date and time of the event.
• Possibility to configure security alarm (parameters of sensors connected, texts of SMS messages, time-outs of triggering and others).
• Possibility to monitor security zones. In any moment under request UMKA forms a SMS message of the state of security sensors and sends it to a previously defined number.
