Online monitoring of business at the petrol stations with the use of video surveillance systems

The monitoring system of business allows to create a single information space for control of activities at the large network of filling stations. As a result the customer receives an instrument for intellectual control of business.

The main purpose - the creation of a single system for collecting, displaying and processing the data required to manage and analyze critical performance indicators of activities.

The system allows:

• monitoring of the remote petrol stations in real time;
• receive data from the various systems installed at the fuel stations;
• inform personnel about alarms and events;
• display data on the multi-level maps (country, region, gas stations);

• to make search on events that were registered;
• provide the necessary information for decision-making.

  Counting module of visitors provides information about the flow of people at the gas station.

  Monitoring module of cash transactionsallows the operator to detect illegal actions in the area of cash unit
  
  Counting module of people in a specified area allows to determine the number of people in the queue at cash desk
  
  "E-book reviews" module allows to post reviews about the quality of customer service.

System interface:

1.  Interactive map of network of petrol stations
   The map shows pictographs of all fuel stations. Location and the number of filling stations are seen clearly. Brief information about the gas station is in the pop-up windows near the icons.

2. Petrol station card
   Information about the gas station (address, phone number, name of manager, photo), scheme of the gas station with distant cameras and monitoring points (recognition of vehicle plates, counting people near the cash registers, etc.), list of recent events that have occurred at this gas station are displayed.h
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   • Near fuel dispensers - the amount of vehicles that are fueled are recognized
   • In cash zone - the amount of people is counted in the queue near the cash register
   • In cash zone - the client has the opportunity to assess the quality of service ("e-book of complaints").

   It is possible to make search in System on requested event, you can view the video of the time when an event occurs.
